Manage status reportings (project overarching timelines)
In order to create project overarching timeline reports there needs to be a reporting relationship between the respective projects.
To create a status reporting between projects navigate into Status Reporting through the project menu. If reporting relations were already created, you will see the list of the existing ones. If you are creating the first reporting relationship, you will see the sign “No data to display”. Select New Reporting icon.
You will then be able to create a new reporting. Select the appropriate project from the dropdown menu, which will show the list of all the projects you are a member of, as well as the public projects. By clicking on create you will establish the reporting relationship and ensure that the work packages of the project you are in will be shown in the project timeline of the project you selected.
You can edit or delete existing status reportings under Status Reportings by clicking the appropriate icon.
