Updated project list (project portfolio management)
With OpenProject 7.4 the View all project list and the project list from the administration have been combined. As a result, all the admin options (such as creating, archiving or deleting a project) have been included in the View all projects list.
The project list has been completely restyled and includes an expandable project description. You can immediately display not only the projects and their hierarchy but also the most important project information.
Simply click on the project selector in the header menu and select the entry View all projects to access the project list.
As a user of either the Enterprise Edition or Cloud Edition, you can display custom fields in the project list. Simply create a project custom field (e.g. Project status). The project custom field is automatically displayed as a column in the project list.
Adding relevant project information to the list provides basic project portfolio management capabilities to OpenProject.
Use filters to filter for specific project attributes, such as the project custom fields (e.g. project status, project responsible).
