OpenProject for the implementation of a law and for personnel development

The District Office Enzkreis is using OpenProject for different types of projects as it offers a variety of features and adapts to each project.
One example is the implementation of the federal participation act (‘Bundesteilhabegesetz’) where several people from within the District Office Enzkreis but also external parties formed part of the project team.
The Enzkreis also used OpenProject for personnel development and the accompanying change management. Project members were invited to share information and participate and the whole process was made more interactive.
