OpenProject 14.1: PDF exports for Gantt charts

Berlin, May 22 2024 – Version 14.1 of the web-based open source project management software OpenProject is featuring significant improvements to project lists and dynamic meetings, alongside several other improvements aimed at optimizing project management efficiency.

PDF Export of Gantt Charts

In response to user feedback, the new release will include the ability to export Gantt charts as PDFs. This feature is a significant upgrade for organizations that rely on printed project timelines, offering improved convenience and accessibility.

Enhanced Meeting Agendas

Meetings will be more productive with the introduction of enhanced agenda structuring. Separate sections for different agenda items will allow for better organization and clarity, ensuring that meetings are focused and efficient.

Project Favorites

Navigating multiple projects is now easier with the new option to mark projects as favorites. This feature simplifies access to frequently used projects, saving time and improving overall workflow efficiency.
